I tried starving too - but gain most of it back when I return to normal eating habits.. On a good day I eat around 1000-1200 calories;
Breakfast - low fat yoghurt and fruit
During the day - fruit and salad
Dinner - vegetables and meat
But on bad days I eat around 2,000-3,000 calories and then feel really guilty, sad, ugly and fat.. On other “bad” days I fast and live of water, green tea, cola zero and gum..
